Anna Sundin took up the role on 16 September and joins from consultancy BearingPoint, where she was responsible for M&A activities in the Nordic region.
She has around 25 years of experience in the financial sector and has previously worked at companies including ABG Sundal Collier, Swedbank and Bryan Garnier & Co. During her career, she has worked on capital raisings, initial public offerings and M&A transactions, including within healthcare and life science.
