Staffing questions remain as Mölnlycke prepares to split

Earlier this week, Mölnlycke announced plans to split the company in two. Its Operating Room Solutions and Gloves businesses will be brought together in a new standalone company, Mölnlycke Surgical. The existing Mölnlycke will retain its Wound Care and Antiseptics businesses.

Several questions remain about how the separation will work in practice. In an email response to Medtech Magazine, Mölnlycke’s Head of Media Relations, Jamie Smith, outlines what has been decided so far, and what remains under review.
