Elfcare to integrate health data with ChatGPT – leaves sharing to users

Healthcare company Elfcare has launched a new connector that allows users to share results from its health assessments with AI assistants. Speaking to Life Science Focus’s sister publication Medtech Magazine, co-founder Julia Elf discusses the initiative and how the company approaches questions around data protection and responsibility.

“How can I adapt my diet based on my results?” This is one of the questions Elfcare suggests users could ask Claude or ChatGPT after sharing data from the company’s health assessment.

Elfcare’s business model is built around comprehensive preventive health assessments, including blood tests, whole-body MRI and other advanced diagnostics, with the aim of detecting disease at an early stage. Following the assessment, the results are compiled in a report and reviewed with a doctor.
