The Swiss pharmaceutical company is exercising its option to acquire the global rights to U.S.-based Sironax’s delivery platform, designed to help therapeutics cross the blood–brain barrier. Sironax will receive 125 million dollars for the deal, while retaining the rights to develop and commercialize a number of selected drug candidates using the platform.
