Telix Pharmaceuticals is a global player in radiopharmaceuticals and theranostics, the combination of advanced imaging and targeted radionuclide therapy. Through the transaction, Telix gains access to ITM’s production of therapeutic radioisotopes such as lutetium‑177, actinium‑225 and terbium‑161.

The agreement includes USD 1.65 billion in initial consideration, of which USD 1.25 billion will be paid in Telix shares. An additional USD 700 million may be paid in milestone-based consideration tied to regulatory approvals and commercial sales.
