Swedish biotech company Egetis has had an eventful autumn. In late September, its drug Emcitate received FDA approval for the rare genetic disorder MCT8 deficiency, and this week the company entered into an agreement to sell its Priority Review Voucher (PRV) for $190 million.
Now comes another major development. US-based ANI Pharmaceuticals has made an all-cash takeover offer of SEK 11.25 per share, valuing Egetis at approximately SEK 5.3 billion.
