Sobi proposes Börje Ekholm as new chair

Ahead of its annual general meeting in May 2027, Sobi's nomination committee has put forward Börje Ekholm to succeed current chair David Meek, who has decided not to stand for re-election.

“We are pleased to propose Börje Ekholm as the new Chair of the Sobi Board. Börje has significant global leadership and board experience and is very familiar with the company. The Nomination Committee would like to express our sincere gratitude to David for the strong performance and successful development of the company under his leadership,” said Daniel Nodhäll, chair of the nomination committee, in a statement.
